My husband and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vivace Italian Restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place that nails every aspect service, ambiance, and food but Vivace does just that, and I Love that it’s right here in our neighborhood in Plantation, FL. The evening was made even more special by Tommy, the restaurant manager, who greeted us warmly and made us feel genuinely welcome. His attention to detail and thoughtful food and drink recommendations elevated the night. It’s refreshing to encounter a manager who is so engaged and clearly passionate about ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. We started with the Fried Calamari, which was crispy, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. For our mains, I had the Shrimp Alfredo, while my husband went for the Spaghetti All Toscana. Both dishes were fantastic, with rich flavors and hearty portions that left us more than satisfied. We left feeling both full and happy, and we’re already looking forward to returning. I only wish we had discovered Vivace sooner! If you’re in the area, this is definitely a spot worth visiting.
We had such a wonderful dinner at Vivance! Tommy took amazing care of us with great recommendations and fun conversation. Service truly makes a difference in a meal, and Tommy went above and beyond making sure we were having a great time. This is by far the best Italian food I’ve eaten in Florida. The pasta was cooked to perfection. We had a nice bottle of wine, and we ordered the orecchiette and the linguini vongole. Both were absolutely delicious! (If you can’t tell, we ate everything!) We also tried the limoncello, while the drink could have been served a little colder it was still delicious! Tommy offered to get us new ones so service is a 10/10. Overall this is a great authentic Italian restaurant, to enjoy with family, friends or a loved one. Perfect space for birthdays or special celebrations! I’ll be coming back!
My family and I recently enjoyed a delightful meal at Vivase for the first time. Our waiter, Tommy, provided excellent recommendations and engaging conversation. The Beet and Arugula salad was exquisite, and my favorite dish was the Chicken Romano, which Tommy noted was made with Amalfi lemons from Italy! The Skirt Steak was also a standout. We found the Chicken Milanese and Penne a la Vodka with Shrimp to be equally delicious. All our meals arrived promptly, but one dish was mistakenly served as an appetizer instead of the Crab Crusted Mahi Mahi. Tommy went above and beyond by comping the appetizer and asking the chef to expedite the missing dish. To top it off, the Pumpkin Crème Brûlée was absolutely luscious. We will definitely be back! We took the Florida Lobster and Jumbo Lump Crab cakes home. Not a big fan. If it was lump crab, it was stirred to mushy texture.
The best Brussel sprouts I've tasted in a significant amount of time. They were crunchy and so compelling, we just couldn't resist them. For pasta lovers, Vivace is an excellent choice. Dishes like the chicken marsala and wild mushroom risotto have a delightful, intense flavor.
Vivace in Plantation, Florida, is a culinary gem that we recently had the pleasure of discovering. Our takeout experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the incredible service and mouthwatering food. We’ve ordered from Vivace a couple of times, but this was by far the best experience from start to finish. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the Diavolo pizza. It was a symphony of flavors with the perfect balance of heat and savoriness, topped with fresh ingredients and a delightful crust that was both crispy and chewy. It’s hands down one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a long time. What made our experience even more memorable was the outstanding service provided by Alyssa. She took our order with such warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every detail was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made us feel valued as customers. Alyssa went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable, and it’s clear that she is an invaluable asset to Vivace. We cannot recommend Vivace enough, and we sincerely hope that Alyssa receives the recognition she truly deserves for her exceptional customer service. She is a shining example of what makes Vivace a standout dining destination in Plantation.
